Green & White Realty, LLC is looking for active agents around Ohio. If you are a motivated real estate professional that would like to operate your business within a forward looking full service brokerage, you need look no further. We are not the run-of-the-mill, brick-and-mortar real estate brokerage . . . we do things differently and in a way that will not only benefit your customers, but your own business as well. Almost every agency has a web presence, but we do more than pay lip service to the idea of the internet . . . we embrace it! We do not have large physical offices . . . all our agents operate from their homes using their local Green & White Realty web presence as their office. By not having to support a physical office we can provide customers with full service and allow you keep more of your commission. Instead of charging you 50% of the gross commission commonly charged, we charge you only $500 per deal. Use our calculator on the right to do the math. We put you in business in a way that will allow you to be the most competitive full service REALTOR in your market.

Here is a run down of what we offer our agents:

Commission structure: You pay $500 for each closing OR 50% of the gross commission whichever is less.
We recognize that your comission is your incentive. We strive to get you paid as quickly as possible after closing, subject only to you turning in a complete file
Branch office web site tailored so that it represents you in your market
Agent web site hosting free of charge.
Single listing web sites for your listings (you provide the video on YouTube, we provide the site).
No floor time! Your name and phone number are on your yard signs, you get the calls directly.

Here is what we ask of our agents:

That you will conduct yourself in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
That you are and will remain an active, full time agent.
Provide a high level of service (we are full service only) to (y)our customers.
Abide by our Company policies as outlined in our Policy and Procedure Manual
Be a motivated, self starter. We are not a place to park your license.
To purchase your business stationary (cards) and yard signs from approved vendors.
To arrange your own advertising in whatever mediums suit your needs in your market.
That you have and can use a computer, internet connection, digital camera and scanner.
That you agree to our at-will contract.
We charge an initial sign-up fee of $300 which covers your E&O insurance for the current calendar year and system set up.
