Our day to day business practices are what! We strive for a paperless office by capturing all our important documents in a state of the art document management system and our communication with our agents, such as when a closed contract file is turned in, is done entirely online.

The only time documents are generated as paper is at the time they are needed for signature . . . and we are working on that as well.

Also, we do not have a brick-and-mortar central offices . . . so we do not have the heating and lighting consumption commonly found in real estate offices around the state.
